Home lock
Phone, watch and UWB Tag unlock hands-free: even when your hands are full.
A turnkey Aliro UWB smart-lock solution from chip and protocol stack to certification test tools: BLE discovery, UWB secure ranging and Aliro trusted interaction turn phones, watches and Tags into digital keys.
From home to campus, one Aliro UWB lock platform covers hands-free entry, temporary credentials and zone access.
Phone, watch and UWB Tag unlock hands-free: even when your hands are full.
Temporary credentials are issued and revoked automatically: no key cards to replace.
Identity rights and zone access are linked; one credential per user, with access to multiple doors and a traceable audit trail.
Digital identity and location work together across doors, gates and elevators.
Six dimensions that define the next-generation entry experience.
Approach and the lock recognizes you: no phone fumbling, fingerprint press or card tap needed.
UWB distance bounding plus Aliro secure authentication resists relay attacks: the door only opens for a key that is truly nearby.
Distance + direction + PDoA combined judgment unlocks only when continuously approaching from outside, avoiding indoor false triggers.
Aliro 1.0 standardized protocol is designed for interoperability with leading wallet ecosystems, subject to platform onboarding, licensing and certification.
Chip + Aliro/FiRa protocol stack + SDK + reference design + certification support lets lock makers focus on product definition. Custom private interaction protocols are also supported, with no related certification required.
The same UWB receiver can be extended with radar sensing to proactively detect approach and trigger authentication, lowering power use.
Same hands-free vision: Chipsbank leads on security, positioning accuracy and ecosystem compatibility.
| Item | Chipsbank UWB Aliro lock | BLE / NFC lock | Mechanical lock |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unlock method | Phone / watch / Tag hands-free unlock | Requires card tap, phone tap or app trigger | Key / password / fingerprint |
| Anti-relay | UWB distance bounding + Aliro secure auth | RSSI is vulnerable to relay attacks | Keys can be copied |
| Inside / outside judgment | Distance + direction + PDoA combined | Signal strength only; cannot judge door side | None |
| Ecosystem | Aliro 1.0, Apple / Google / Samsung Wallet | Proprietary protocols per vendor | None |
| User experience | Automatic unlock on approach, no action needed | Requires user action | Requires carrying key or pressing |
| Scalability | Same hardware extends to UWB Radar sensing | Needs extra sensors | None |
From product layer to SoC platform: BLE discovery, UWB secure ranging and Aliro authorization work together for trusted local access.

Single distance is not enough to judge inside vs. outside or approach direction; we combine distance, angle, path direction and history so the lock unlocks only when continuously approaching from outside.
Verified in a real door-lock installation: swept from -60° to +60° in 5° steps across 25 sample points: all land inside the ±3° error band, 100% first-pass yield.

UWB radar detects people, approach direction, dwell and departure; combined with the digital key it enables intelligent linkage.
Today's setups need two separate systems: one for radar sensing and one for identity authentication. High cost, complex integration.
Chipsbank CBU5000V210 software and hardware meet Aliro requirements and have passed Aliro official Test Harness Run 86.
From reference design and protocol tuning to certification support: one-stop delivery that shortens time to mass production.
